From my personal experience as a candidate candidate, what we do is that:
First, we assume that the candidate does not know about the exam, so we prepare some details that are known as template for the registration and are retrieved by the registrant from the registration page and instruct the candidate to take the template home hurry, but if not, let's tell the candidate to fill in the template without skipping a single question.
It is expected that the registrant or the schools will collect the approved registration fees from all their candidates and issue a bank draft in favor of the National Examination Council (
NECO). This check is paid at the
NECO Zonal / Branch Office, which is responsible for their state. The appointed
NECO Finance Officer at the Zonal / Branch Office will provide information about the payment on his computer and will give the school a scratch card or salary certificate with information that will allow the Headmaster / Examiner to register on the e-registration website.
After purchasing the scratch card, the school or candidate is expected to obtain a passport or image source either by phone or by e.t.c.
