Kwara state University also known as (KWASU) is the 77^th University to be registered by the National University Commission and the 59^th University to be recognized in Nigeria.

 



 

The University was established by the administration of Dr. Bukola Saraki in 2009, and envisioned to be more than a typical university in Nigeria. It was designed to be a center for community service and entrepreneurship.

 

 

Admission Requirements

Candidate seeking admission into the University must

1. Be 16 years of age before he/she can be admitted


2. Must have Five (5) ‘O’ level credit in a relevant subject at not more than two sittings.

• Candidate awaiting for ‘O’ level result can also apply But they will not be considered for admission until there result are available

NOTE: all Candidate must know that final admission into the University is based on meeting the university and academic programme cut-off point in UTME
