This is an 18-month program designed to prepare future leaders to take on challenging tasks and prepare them for leadership roles. The program includes rotations within and between functions in an accelerated learning environment. We seek to expand our talent pipeline to achieve greater diversity that challenges the perspective of individuals with the potential and ability to lead Safaricom into a new era of telecommunications

Work with other managers to plan and manage the work of the departments.
To visit periodic reviews.
Prepare reports for management when needed
Identify trends and recommend proactive or remedial action to address business situations.
To work with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and enhance profitability
Get on-the-job training and formal training related to the rotation experience.
Working in different departments to get a perspective for the business as a whole.
Job Requirements
